Succession planning

Succession Planning is the process of identifying and acquiring the skills needed by an organisation to ensure its future success.  This involves identifying and developing both internal and external talent.  At Ashtons HR Consulting, we offer the following services to support your succession planning needs:

  • consultancy support – we can help you with designing and implementing leadership development activities including High Potential + High Performance programmes
  • recruitment and personal development – our psychometric assessment tools can help you identify individuals with the right behaviours and potential to ensure a good fit with your organisation’s future requirements. The same tools can be used for personal and career development purposes once they are on board
  • leadership and management development training – we offer a range of development workshops which can be tailored to your own organisation.

Talent management

The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) defines Talent Management as “The strategic approach for attracting, identifying, developing, engaging, retaining and deploying individuals who are considered particularly valuable to an organisation”. This covers a wide range of corporate activities and, at Ashtons HR Consulting, we offer the following services to support your talent management activities:
